Seamless Timpson Pod Installation at Morrisons

We recently completed the civil works for the installation of a new Timpson pod in the car park of Morrisons supermarket in Chorlton-cum-Hardy.
The project included a wide range of activities, such as ground preparation, trench excavation, underground ducting, reinstatement, casting a ground-bearing slab, and electrical installations.
While the location presented some logistical challenges—temporarily limiting access to the service yard and reducing parking availability—we took a proactive approach. As Principal Contractor, we worked closely with all stakeholders to develop a carefully coordinated schedule that kept disruption to a minimum, including out-of-hours working to support business-as-usual operations.
Thanks to effective planning and teamwork, we overcame delivery delays and successfully completed the project on time, with the Timpson pod installed as originally scheduled.
