We’re thrilled to welcome Richard to Brand Link! He joins us with over 20 years of experience in operations, project delivery, and people leadership across the UK beverage industry.
Richard began his career as a planning coordinator and rose through the ranks into senior management, where he directly led office-based teams and managed large-scale national projects for Heineken and Carlsberg.
Most recently, he oversaw a team of 20+ remote engineers, handling everything from budgeting and project execution to talent development and customer success. Richard brings with him a passion for mentoring, service excellence, and innovation—and we’re excited to see the impact he’ll make here at Brand Link.
